As Enfield Shift Team Leader and as a Leader in the Enfield, Grain and Taylors Lane organisation, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of one of the most efficient gas-fired power stations in the UK, ensuring SHE compliance, process safety leadership, and high performance of the asset.

Your responsibilities

1. Lead the Enfield Shift Team
2. Be authorized as a senior authorized person and control person
3. Demonstrate strong process safety leadership
4. Lead incident response and coordinate emergency teams
5. Drive plant performance to achieve world-class standards

Your profile

1. Strong leadership skills
2. HNC/HND or degree in engineering or related field
3. Good commercial understanding of the electrical generation industry
4. Senior authorized person certification
5. Awareness of health, safety, and environmental compliance
6. Experience working with multiskilled teams
7. Experience in incident management and root cause analysis
8. NEBOSH certificate
9. Control person certification
10. Experience with high voltage generators and high-pressure systems
