Mitchells & Butlers plc is hiring a Shift Supervisor at O'Neill's Trinity Street. You’ll welcome guests, supervise the team, and ensure great service across shifts.

You’ll lead by example, train colleagues, maintain high cleanliness and safety standards, and help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests return for more.

Formación

• Experience in frontline hospitality leadership.
• Ability to lead a team and train staff.
• Commitment to cleanliness and safety.
