Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Shift Supervisor at O'Neill's Woking to welcome guests and lead a team in delivering great service from breakfast through late evenings.

You will train staff, model high standards, and ensure cleanliness and safety across the site while supporting a vibrant, guest-focused atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience or pub operations preferred.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as host and serve guests while leading the team on shift.
• Take on shift-leading responsibilities to maintain smooth operations.
• Mentor and train team members to maintain high service standards.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety across the site.
