Job summary

Subway Carlisle is seeking a Team Leader to be the face of our store, guiding a small team while preparing and serving Subway sandwiches and delivering outstanding customer service.

The role is part-time (8-16 hours per week) with a rate of £13.32 per hour for ages 21+. Benefits include free meals, uniform, training, and employee discounts. Applicants are encouraged to apply at the Carlisle Kingstown location.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience:

Previous experience in food preparation, retail sales and/or customer service is desirable and in a supervisory role. Excellent communication skills; especially verbal and a winning attitude is required

Physical:

Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerised Point of Sale system/cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday.
