Job summary

Subway is seeking a Team Leader to be the face of our Lancaster stores, preparing and serving Subway sandwiches, meeting guests, and delivering exceptional customer service while supervising daily operations and a small team.

Job Introduction

As a Subway Team Leader you will be the face of our store. As well as preparing and serving delicious Subway sandwiches you will meet and greet guests and deliver exceptional customer service, as well as supervising daily operations and a small team of employees.

We are looking for a team member to work a minimum of 30 hours in our Lancaster s tores. The successful applicant will will work between our 3 stores in Penny Street, Church Street and Lancaster University.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience:

Previous experience in food preparation, retail sales and/or customer service is desirable and in a supervisory role. Excellent communication skills; especially verbal and a winning attitude is required

Physical:

Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerised Point of Sale system/cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday.
