YMCA Robin Hood Group is recruiting a Shift Supervisor in Nottingham to lead a dedicated Housing Duty Workers team across our city centre accommodation. You will ensure high operational standards, support staff, and foster a culture of excellence while managing a rolling rota and daytime/evening shifts.

YMCA Robin Hood Group is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead our dedicated team of Housing Duty Workers across our Nottingham City Centre accommodation buildings. Your role will involve ensuring operational standards are met, staff feel supported and fostering a culture of excellence.
This is the perfect role for anyone who enjoys variety, loves being busy and thrives off never being able to predict exactly what will happen that day!
You will work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour per week. We work on a 2-week rolling rota so you would have advance warning of your shift patterns. The rota pattern is:
8am to 4pm
3pm to 11pm
There is no requirement for you to work weekends; we have a separate team for that!
You will need a car and UK driving license to be able to do this job as you will travel between our locations frequently.
As an experienced Team Leader or Supervisor, you will excel in managing a team and find motivation in their success.
Your excellent communication skills will ensure clarity in expectations, and your commitment to continuous improvement will inspire your team.
You will remain calm in challenging situations, providing direction and support when needed.
