Qualifications

• Experience in a high‑tempo food/retail setting.
• Prior supervision in a fast‑paced environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and standards.
• Strong leadership and clear communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
• You must have the right to work in the store location.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during shifts.
• Open/close the store, manage shift changes and complete reports.
• Ensure all food preparation meets company standards.
• Deliver fast, accurate, and excellent service to customers.
• Maintain product control and correct preparation volumes.
• Keep store cleaning standards maintained.
• Complete statutory paperwork in line with Food Hygiene & Safety rules.
