Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd in Westminster is seeking a Shift Supervisor (Facilities Maintenance / Electrical Bias) to lead a team of shift engineers on a 4 on 4 off pattern, supervising both mechanical and electrical staff while ensuring maintenance KPIs and schedules are met. This role offers £61,000–£62,000 plus overtime, pension, life assurance, training and clear progression routes.
