O'Neill's Harborne is looking for a part-time Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests, lead a team, and deliver great hospitality. You’ll train staff, maintain cleanliness and safety, and role-model excellence across shifts at the Harborne site.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality or food & beverage.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team during busy shifts.
• Experience training and supervising staff to maintain service standards.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team
• Be a shift leader
