Job summary

Bell in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team and uphold high standards of service.

You’ll be part of Mitchells & Butlers’ premium pubs, delivering great dining experiences, training staff, and ensuring cleanliness and safety across the site. A friendly, proactive approach and passion for hospitality are essential.

Qualifications

• Hospitality supervision or team leadership experience.
• Excellent customer service and host skills.
• Ability to train and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team.
• Be a shift leader.
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
