Bell is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a hospitality team, welcome guests, and drive great service. You will host guests, supervise shifts, and train team members while upholding cleanliness and safety standards.

The role offers the chance to be a positive mentor and role model within a busy site managed by Mitchells & Butlers. You will contribute to a welcoming culture, ensure smooth daily operations, and help guests feel valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong people management and training abilities.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
