Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Ember Inns is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor at the Queens Head to welcome guests, supervise a small team, and help train colleagues. You'll take part in the day-to-day running, host guests, and lead by example.

The role focuses on delivering great service, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and fostering a friendly team culture across our pub brands. Join us for a supportive, busy environment with training and progression opportunities.
