Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Shift Supervisor at Ember Inns in the London area. You’ll welcome guests, host the floor and confidently lead a team to deliver warm, friendly service that keeps guests coming back.

You’ll train your team, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and contribute to a positive pub culture with flexible shifts and staff perks. Join a busy, community-focused venue and help craft memorable experiences for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality service team.
• Strong guest service focus and communication.
