Mitchells & Butlers plc’s Toby Carvery - Shiremoor is hiring a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests warmly, lead a front-of-house team and uphold high service standards. You’ll train staff, supervise daily operations, and ensure cleanliness and safety across the site.

• Be a shift leader and role model for your teams, helping with training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Support high-quality guest experiences and ensure smooth service during shifts.
