What you’ll do on a typical day:

1. Ensure that day-to-day operational changes are incorporated into the department standards.
2. Continuously strive to improve the operational effectiveness of the site to ensure high-quality service to customers.
3. Ensure all colleagues comply with company procedures and are aware of their responsibilities to others.
4. Monitor key performance indicators for the area.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

1. A proven track record as a team leader or first-line manager within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
2. The ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal capacities while building relationships with customers.
3. Computer literacy including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
4. Familiarity with and working knowledge of Transport Planning Tools.
5. National CPC certification would be advantageous.
