Mitchells & Butler's Harvester at Aintree Park is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a warm, guest‑focused team and welcome visitors with great service. The role emphasizes training great people and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

You will act as a shift leader, model team conduct, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety while delivering an engaging dining experience. The brand is known for rotisserie chicken, grills and unlimited salad bar, making every guest feel welcome.
