Harvester at Aintree Park is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help run daily operations, warmly welcoming guests and leading a team to deliver great service. You’ll oversee shifts, train staff, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards across the site.

Competenze

• Experience in hospitality or food service environments.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team during busy shifts.
• Strong focus on cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction.

• Be a shift leader and role model for training new or junior staff.
