Mitchells & Butler’s Blackbird Hotel is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a hospitality team, welcome guests warmly, and drive service excellence across shifts.

You’ll train and guide your team, maintain cleanliness and safety, and be a key part of delivering memorable guest experiences in a busy pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams.
• Ability to train staff and develop colleagues.
• Strong guest service orientation and for delivering high standards.
