Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc is looking for a Shift Supervisor at the Wagon & Horses. You’ll warmly welcome guests, supervise a team, and help train staff to deliver great service across a busy pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer‑facing hospitality roles is essential.
• Proven ability to lead and train a team to high service standards.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day‑to‑day running of the site, hosting guests and confidently leading your team.
• Act as a shift leader and role model for the team.
• Support training and development to maintain high standards of service.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met.
