Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the White Hart Hotel's Ember Inns; you’ll welcome guests, lead a front-of-house team and drive great service across shifts.

You’ll train staff, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and contribute to a friendly, community-focused pub experience with discounts and employee benefits.

As Shift Supervisor at the White Hart Hotel, you’ll give a warm welcome to everyone who visits. With a passion for great service and training great people, you’ll lead a team that keeps our guests coming back for more.
