Mitchells & Butlers plc is recruiting for a Shift Supervisor at The Botanist on the Green. You will welcome guests, lead a team and ensure excellent service in a pub setting. This role sits within Castle Pubs, renowned for distinctive venues and a lively atmosphere.

We value great service, training others, and maintaining cleanliness and safety. You’ll join a team that makes guests feel welcome and supports personal growth within a friendly pub group.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team
• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
