Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring a Shift Supervisor for Miller & Carter in the Epping area, based at Waltham Abbey. The role is full-time and permanent, focused on delivering warm hospitality, leading a team, and upholding high standards of service and appearance.

You’ll train great people, manage shifts, and drive guest satisfaction while supporting a fun, busy dining environment. The program includes our 3 day Steak School and the Masters of Steak accreditation, with generous staff perks.
