Job summary

Miller & Carter - Epping is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and support daily operations. You will lead a small team, host guests, and role-model high standards of service.

You will train and supervise team members, oversee shifts, and ensure cleanliness and safety. The role offers a supportive team, staff discounts across brands, Wagestream access, a pension, 28 days paid holiday, and other benefits within the Mitchells & Butlers group.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Proven ability to lead a team during busy shifts.
