Miller & Carter Bath is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to help run the site, greet guests and lead the team with confidence. You’ll train staff, uphold service standards and safety, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership or supervisory roles.
• Comfortable leading a team and impacting guest experience.
• Demonstrable focus on service standards and safety.
