Mitchells & Butlers PLC is recruiting for a Shift Supervisor at Snowy Owl (Vintage Inns). You will welcome guests, lead a team, and help deliver exceptional service in a warm, welcoming pub setting.

You’ll train colleagues, maintain high cleanliness and safety standards, and support day-to-day site operations. Enjoy staff discounts, pension, generous holiday allowance, and other benefits as part of our team.

As Shift Supervisor at the Snowy Owl, you’ll give a warm welcome to everyone who visits. With a passion for great service and training great people, you’ll lead a team that keeps our guests coming back for more.
