Job summary

Windmill in the United Kingdom is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests and lead a team, delivering warm, premium service and training new staff.

You will help run day-to-day operations, supervise shifts, role-model teamwork, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards to ensure guests have a memorable visit.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.
• Ability to lead a team and role-model performance.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site, acting as a host and serving guests while confidently leading your team.
• Be a shift leader and provide direction to colleagues during shifts.
• Mentor your team, contributing to their training and development.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
