Job summary

PPE, based in Blackburn, UK, seeks a Production Supervisor on a 14-month fixed term contract. You will lead production teams, drive safety, quality, delivery and cost targets, and develop staff across shifts. The role reports to the Production Manager and includes a strong emphasis on leadership, training and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily performance against Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost KPIs.
• Coordinate labour, materials and equipment to maximise output.
• Lead and coach operators, building a capable, engaged workforce.
• Support recruitment, training and performance reviews.
• Participate in Lean and CI initiatives to deploy best practices.
