The role involves overseeing the smooth execution of production plans, maintaining adherence to standards, and actively creating and driving action plans to return the line to standard running conditions in a timely manner.
Responsibilities include driving FMOS, ensuring efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of production processes. The role requires problem-solving and collaborative skills to achieve optimal production performance.
