Job summary

Stagecoach Group in Skegness is seeking a Shift PCV/HGV Mechanic/Fitter to sustain a modern fleet to high safety standards. You’ll diagnose and repair vehicles, work with a supportive depot team, and help apprentices grow in a busy environment.

The role requires hands-on engineering with PSV/HGV experience; NVQ3 is desirable. We offer ongoing training, overtime opportunities, and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering background focused on PSV/HGV or similar vehicles
• NVQ Level 3 is desirable but not essential with strong practical experience

Responsibilities

• Carrying out maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on the fleet to Stagecoach and DVSA safety standards
• Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults using modern diagnostic tools
• Responding to vehicle issues at the depot and on the road
• Supporting a safe, efficient, and inclusive working environment

Whether you’re an experienced PCV Engineer or have a background in HGV, LGV, automotive or plant maintenance, you could be just who we’re looking for.
