Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking a Shift Operations Supervisor to lead a day shift in Huntingdon. This role focuses on safe, efficient operations across warehousing, transport and support activities, with a strong emphasis on pathology, accuracy and service levels.

You will supervise a team, allocate workloads, monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with health and company procedures, while coordinating with other departments to maintain smooth operations.

• Transport Manager CPC qualified.

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (no weekends)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Shift Operations Supervisor/Manager to lead day-to-day operations during an assigned shift, ensuring that our people, processes and resources are working safely, efficiently and effectively.

Working as part of the site leadership team, the Site Operations Supervisor leads the day-to-day operation during assigned shifts, ensuring safe, efficient and legally compliant execution across warehouse, transport and operational support activities.

You will be a confident and organised supervisor who can motivate a team and remain calm under pressure. You will have strong communication skills, a practical approach to problem-solving and a genuine commitment to maintaining high operational standard

• Able to solve problems and tackle challenges with speed and precision.

Desirable:

• IOSH qualified.
• O'licence holder experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse and transport home delivery environment.
• Proficiency in transport, warehouse and stock control management systems and tools.
• Proven experience of at least 2 years within operational or supervisory or roles, leading diverse teams.
