Peaple Talent Ltd is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a shifts-based role at a site in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex. You will perform maintenance on manufacturing equipment and site infrastructure while developing your electrical skills through training.

The role offers 4 on 4 off 12-hour shifts (days and nights) with overtime and a strong opportunity for career development within a reputable manufacturing group.

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering background required.
• Basic electrical experience required.
• Willing to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern with training and development.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance across manufacturing equipment and site infrastructure.
• Support site engineering improvement projects.
• Operate 4 on 4 off 12-hour shifts (days and nights), totaling 42 hours per week.
