Honest Burgers at London Bridge is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager who champions warm hospitality and great, fresh food. You’ll lead the floor team, support your General and Assistant Manager, and ensure standards, efficiency and a happy crew on shift.

This role offers progression to Assistant Manager, a strong benefits package including pay between £13.50 and £18.50 per hour with service charge, a birthday off, 28 days’ holiday, team meals on shift, Refer a Friend and cycle-to-work schemes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in hospitality (preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
