Job summary

Honest Burgers Ltd is looking for a Shift Manager at London Bridge to lead daily operations, ensure food quality and deliver warm hospitality. You’ll supervise the floor team, coordinate with the General Manager, and uphold standards with a friendly, efficient service.

This role offers hourly pay between £13.50 and £18.50, service charge split with the team, and full- or part-time hours. Benefitso include paid birthday off, discounts, progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Responsible for managing shifts and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.
• Ensure Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance.
• Train and coach the floor team to maintain service standards.

• Support in leadership duties alongside General/Assistant Manager.
