Forterra Plc seeks a Shift Manager to oversee the Kirton plant, drive production targets and ensure safety, quality and cost controls are met. You will lead a team, manage resources and embed a continuous improvement mindset to achieve right-first-time results.

The role requires managerial experience, strong communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a focus on sustainability and process improvements.

• Plan, co-ordinate and manage a team to deliver plant activities in line with KPIs.

• Shaping a culture focused on sustainability, waste reduction and productivity.
