Job summary

Domino's Pizza Group plc is seeking a dynamic Shift Manager to lead busy shifts, motivate the team, and ensure top service and quality. The role involves managing store operations, staff rotas, and daily store performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and driving sales with the Store Manager. Weekend availability is required, with a pay structure of up to £13.10 per hour plus a 0.50 p/h

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in hospitality/retail/food service.
• Passion for customer service and leading a team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Avail evenings and every weekend (required).
• Lead and motivate the team during shifts to deliver service and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth store performance.
• Monitor product quality, speed, and order accuracy.
• Manage rotas and shift planning.
• Coach team members to develop skills.
• Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety.
• Ensure deliveries and storage meet food safety standards.
• Handle customer satisfaction and in-store issues professionally.
• Work with Store Manager to drive sales and meet targets.
• Ensure brand standards, health & safety, and security policies.
• Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions.
