Job summary

Domino's Leeds is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to run store operations during your shift, step in for Store Manager in their absence, and drive excellent customer service. You will lead the team, organise tasks, and ensure smooth daily performance in a busy pizza shop.

You'll coach and develop team members, uphold food safety and hygiene standards, manage stock and shift reports, and help deliver fast, friendly service while maintaining high quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy, fast-paced setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during designated shifts
• Open and close the store, manage shift changes, and complete shift reports
• Ensure all food preparation is completed to company standards
• Deliver fast, accurate, and outstanding service to customers
• Maintain product control and ensure correct volumes are prepared
• Ensure the store cleaning standards are maintained
• Complete statutory paperwork in line with Food Hygiene Regulations and company Health & Safety standards
