Job summary

Domino's stores are seeking a Shift Manager to take charge during your shift, coordinating a team and ensuring smooth operation in the absence of Store/Assistant Managers. You will deliver outstanding customer service, maintain high standards and coach team members to reach their potential.

You will oversee opening/closing, food safety practices, and on-the-floor leadership, while contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced environment and upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Supervisory experience in food/retail is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team during designated shifts.
• Open and close the store and manage shift changes.
• Complete shift reports and ensure operations run smoothly.
• Ensure food preparation meets company standards and delivers quick, accurate service.
• Maintain product quality, cleanliness and health & safety standards.
• Complete statutory paperwork in line with regulations.
