• Background in EFW, Power Station, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Process industries.
• HNC Qualified, NEBOSH certified, experienced in HV Switching.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day running of the energy from waste plant.
• Manage maintenance, health, safety, and environmental processes.
• Lead the shift team effectively Monday to Friday.

This company is one of the UK's leading Power Plant Operators, specialising within the Energy from Waste sector. They have a number of Sites across England, Scotland and Wales, looking to add a Shift Manager to their Maidstone team.

*Shift Manager, Shift Team Leader, Assistant Shift Team Leader or Production Manager
*Responsible for the day to day running of the plant, including maintenance, HSE and much more!
