Are you a Leader from a EFW, Power Station, Paper, Oil & Gas or Heavy Process background?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading energy from waste specialist, where you will be at the forefront of running the plant.

This company is one of the UK's leading Power Plant Operators, specialising within the Energy from Waste sector. They have a number of Sites across England, Scotland and Wales, looking to add a Shift Manager to their Maidstone team.

The Role:
*Shift Manager, Shift Team Leader, Assistant Shift Team Leader or Production Manager
*Responsible for the day to day running of the plant, including maintenance, HSE and much more!
*Monday - Friday based role
*£50,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Life Insurance + Excellent Company Benefits

The Person:
*Previous leadership role, Shift Manager, STL ASTL ect.
*Background - EFW, Power Station, Paper, Oil & Gas or Heavy Process
*HNC Qualified, NEBOSH, HV Switching, CMMS
