Job Description

We are recruiting an experienced Shift Manager to strengthen our depot operations management team. Your key responsibilities will include achieving depot objectives related to operations, compliance, finance, customer service, and HR, through effective management of employees, adherence to company standards, and ISO procedures.

Key Accountabilities

1. Ensure company targets for Premium Service are met.
2. Maintain zero exceptions.
3. Achieve Collection Service targets.
4. Meet Delivery ETAs.

Qualifications

We seek candidates with experience in a fast-paced operation, proven people management skills, and the ability to motivate a high-performing team, ideally within a transport setting. Candidates should have:

• Strong communication skills to inspire and manage teams.
• Decisiveness, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Resilience, self-motivation, and flexibility.
• Proficiency in Google Chrome applications and data analysis for reporting.
• Vigilance against unscrupulous activity and swift action to address issues.
