Humdinger is seeking an experienced and driven Shift Manager to join our team at the Bromborough site. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in FMCG, people management, and continuous improvement to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment. As a Shift Manager at Humdinger, you will manage all aspects of your shift concerning performance, standards, health & safety, food safety & quality, continuous improvement, and people management.
Position type: Full time, permanent
Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday (no weekends)
Shift Pattern: 3-week rotating shifts (AM, PM, Nights)
Pay range: £44,211 per annum
