Job summary

Greggs plc in Wilmslow, United Kingdom, is looking for a Shift Manager who will lead the shop when the Manager isn't present, inspire the team and ensure excellent customer service whether in-store or online orders.

You’ll prepare products, maintain stock, keep the shop clean and welcoming, and help drive performance across channels, including delivery and Click + Collect. If you enjoy coaching others and delivering great experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

• Ensure our displays are fully stocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
• Keep the shop looking clean, tidy and presentable

Job description

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first. As part of the management team, you’ll be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:
