Job summary

Greggs in Warwick is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Store Manager isn’t around, ensuring superb customer service across in-store, delivery, and Click+Collect channels. Typical shifts are 4 x 6 hours with some 5am starts or 8:30pm finishes; you’ll inspire the team, serve customers quickly, prepare products, keep displays stocked and the shop tidy.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to manage fast-paced retail shifts.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the shop's excellent standards.
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner.
• Prepare our products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens.
• Ensure our displays are fully stocked at all times, with plenty of choice for customers.
• Keep the shop looking clean, tidy and presentable.

As part of the management team,you’llbe responsible forlooking after the shop when the Managerisn’taround. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.

We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.Y ou'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:
