Job summary

Greggs plc in Tudhoe is seeking a Shift Manager to lead front-line colleagues and run the shop in the Manager's absence, ensuring an outstanding customer experience across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels.

You will motivate the team, serve customers quickly, prepare products, keep displays stocked, and maintain a clean, welcoming shop environment. The role offers progression opportunities within a dynamic retail brand.

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first. As part of the management team, you’ll be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online. While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:
