Job summary

Exeter Taco Bell on Rydon Lane is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team and ensure a great customer experience.

You'll coach staff, monitor food quality and safety, and work closely with the Assistant Manager to drive performance. We offer training, flexible hours and a supportive environment.

The Role

As a Shift Manager, you'll play an important role in keeping the restaurant running smoothly and ensuring every customer has a great experience. You'll be the salsa to our taco, bringing energy, leadership and great service to every shift.

• Working closely with the Assistant Manager to improve restaurant performance through coaching, feedback and support.
• Leading, motivating and supporting your team to create a positive and high-energy working environment.
• Leading by example and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Ensuring food quality, food safety and order accuracy are maintained to the highest standards.
• Making sure Health & Safety procedures are followed throughout the restaurant.
• Recognising and rewarding great performance within the team.
• Supporting team members with their development and helping them reach their full potential.

What We're Looking For
