• Responsible for Crew & Quality Control
• Supporting the General Manager in the delivery of perfect burgers and fries
• Providing an “above and beyond” experience for your team while creating an enjoyable working environment where people are happy to come to work and have fun, as part of the management team
• Ensuring every customer is delighted with their order and experience – addressing complaints promptly in an open and honest way
• Ensuring each shift runs smoothly and that our values guide your shift management
• Leading from the front, working hands-on most of the time, on the line and in the dining room
