Plymouth Taco Bell is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead the team and ensure a smooth, high-energy service. You will coach staff, maintain food quality and safety, and deliver an outstanding customer experience on every shift.

Qualifications

The Role

As a Shift Manager, you'll play an important role in keeping the restaurant running smoothly and ensuring every customer has a great experience. You'll be the salsa to our taco, bringing energy, leadership and great service to every shift.

Your responsibilities will include:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be:

• A confident communicator who enjoys working with people.
• Calm, positive and able to lead effectively during busy periods.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Confident motivating, coaching and supporting team members.
• Reliable, organised and able to take responsibility during your shift.
• Experienced in customer service, hospitality or a similar fast-paced environment.

Previous management or team leader experience is an advantage, but we're also keen to hear from ambitious team members who are ready to take the next step in their career.
