Job summary

J D Wetherspoon in Norwich is seeking a Pub Shift Leader to run the shift, ensuring compliance with company standards and legislation and handling customer service, administration and cash management.

You will lead, support and motivate the team, prioritise tasks, delegate and solve problems across front of house and kitchen while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, product quality, service and atmosphere.

Benefits include 28 days’ holiday, a starting salary of £29,013 and a bonus scheme.
