The Railway in Rainham, operated by J D Wetherspoon, is seeking a Shift Manager to support the pub manager and run shifts. You will lead, motivate and organise the team, handle customer queries, and ensure high standards across front of house, kitchen and bar.

This includes motivating, supporting and organising the team, responding to customers, delegating tasks and working in all areas of the business, including in the kitchen and behind the bar.
