Job summary

Wendy's Camden is looking for a Shift Manager to lead our team with enthusiasm and a focus on customer satisfaction. You will guide staff, ensure smooth shift operations, and uphold food safety standards across locations as needed.

The role requires previous leadership in a food service setting, at least one year in line operations and one year in management, plus a willingness to travel between Wendy's locations. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams, preferably in food service.
• Minimum 1 year of line operations experience and ability to lead in fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Full-time flexible work availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage front-line teams to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Handle customer issues calmly and professionally, acting as a leader.
• Train new team members and ensure all procedures are understood.
• Maintain food safety standards and hygiene across shifts.

• Whatever comes up with a customer – good or bad – you handle it like a leader.
• You get how things work here and make sure new team members know it, too.
• You make sure food safety standards and procedures are on point.

What you bring to the table:

• Experience of leading people, even better if you did it in a food service environment.
• 1 year of line operations experience; demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast‑paced environment.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Full‑time flex work availability.

You must be willing and able to:

• Travel to other Wendy’s locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) as needed.
• Stand and move for most – if not all – of your shift.
